Working in various capacities from Staff Accountant to Controller, Nina has been fully engaged in all aspects of Accounting & Bookkeeping.

Nina received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College in 1994 and has worked for construction companies, a CPA firm, and even the marketing firm that ran the World Cup Soccer tournament in the U.S. in 1994.

As the driving force in establishing In The Black into a successful business, Nina is the face of the company since inception in 1993.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of New Hampshire in 1978 and spent 26 years in the Aerospace & Defense Industries as Program Controller and Business Manager, working on many domestic and foreign government programs as the financial lead responsible for the overall financial health of each program.

Paul joined In The Black in 2011 to round out the team.
